Flowers are so beautiful and such a great skill to have, so why not learn to create them?

Painting is such a peaceful skill to have under your belt, so why not share some easy tips and tricks to help people along? Who knows, could come in handy next time you need to make a "thank you" card! Let's get started...
✧ Products you'll need.
- Any type of paint in the shades:
Red, White, Light Green, Dark Green.
(I recommend Mehron Paradise Paint for body painting, PrismaColor Water Color Paint, and Liquitex Acrylic Paint for paper/canvas)
- Three Different Brushes:
A small rounded tip brush, an angled brush, and a long, thin detail brush.
- A material to paint on.
This will depend on the style of paint you are using. Pick what is best for you.
Now that we have all of our supplies, feel free to follow along with the tutorial posted here.
(or the one listed below)
✧ Step 1: Activate your base color (I will be using a red water based product) and load your small rounded tip brush in the color.
✧ Step 2: Make the outline of a cloud shape whatever size you’d like it, fill it in.
✧ Step 3: Take your base color and mix it with a white till it is 2 shades lighter than the color filling your cloud.
✧ Step 4: Start in the center making a small “C” shape with your skinny detail brush to start, then continue to build around the center “C” mark, spiraling outwards. Keep doing this till the shape looks balanced.
✧ Step 5: Now trace the outline of your cloud shape in that same lighter tone.
✧ Step 6: Take your white shade with your detail brush, and highlight the center of all the “C” shapes.
✧ Step 7: Next take your angled brush and your light green and make rounded half diamond shapes, fill them in.
✧ Step 8: Dip that same brush into a dark green, and go in and outline the edges of the leaves you just painted. Then add the spine in the center of the leaves.
✧ Step 9: Take that detailed brush and add highlights to the dark green on the spine using white.
✧ Step 10: Take your lighter shade mixture with your detail brush and repaint the outline on your cloud shape.
Congratulations! You're all finished. Be sure to keep practicing, every time you paint you'll improve!
All of the love,
